Turn the emails you forward into a table you can sort, total and search
MailQL gives you an email address. Forward it your lead, booking, order or invoice emails, and each one becomes a row with the details you need: names, phone numbers, dates and totals.
Free during early access.
1. Get an address
Each mailbox has its own address, like leads-k7f3qd@in.mailql.com. Make one per kind of email.
2. Forward to it
Set up a Gmail filter or an Outlook rule once, or forward emails by hand. MailQL reads the original sender and date either way.
3. Work from the table
Every email becomes a row. Sort it, search it, total it and download it as CSV. Anything MailQL wasn't sure of is marked for you to check.

What happens to your email
- Raw emails are deleted after 30 days. The rows made from them stay until you delete them.
- MailQL never sends or forwards mail from your mailboxes, so an address can't be used to spam anyone.
- Mail flagged as a virus is dropped, and spam is set aside without being read into your table.
